Value Assembly’s approach involves an integrated evaluation of possible design solutions with Project Management and development coordination. Value Assembly’s method safe-guards the Client’s values through a proven and logical process to project design and procurement.

Developments are the result of a multitude of decisions. Most of these decisions should involve “value judgements” to ensure the best solution for the Client.

The issues to be considered may involve many aspects such as Property Title challenges and opportunities, Planning Strategy, online marketing objectives, sales Fire Strategy etc.

Using extensive experience, Value Assembly manages these judgements against the objectives and where appropriate ensures the Client is involved in making the best entrepreneurial decisions possible. Value Assembly will then monitor the process throughout with continuous testing, challenging and questioning.

VALUE EXISTS

Firstly, we have all seen good ideas being suggested during design development. Value Assembly believes good ideas should be drawn out though facilitating and managing the process rather than just trusting to luck.

Secondly, as a widely used process, Value Engineering shows that value can be improved. Most projects could benefit from the process but many solutions discovered in Value Engineering cannot be implemented due to constraints. Planning, BIM, Fire Regulations etc. are just a few examples of why Value Engineering will not fully recover the wasted value. Value assembling at the beginning is the logical time to capture value.
