Eric Beaven
Eric Beaven is a Chartered Surveyor with over 30 years in depth experience as both a Development Surveyor and as an in-house Head of Project Management. This has given him a unique perspective of the needs and valuable benefits available from much closer control of the design and procurement process.
In the last 15 years Eric has directly managed the development of nearly 3 million square feet with a total contract value of some £350 million. In addition he was also responsible for creating and managing the in-house project management team at Terrace Hill.
He has first-hand experience in the role of the Tenant giving him a useful insight into the end-user’s mind. This has proved very beneficial when negotiating cost effective development solutions.
Much of his development work has been for Joint Ventures where the partners have seen the financial rewards of Eric’s approach.
Eric has experience across sectors including Commercial, In-town Retail, Out of Town Retail, Warehouses, Residential and Mixed Use Schemes.
Possessing a close attention to detail, balanced with the ability to focus on getting the best job done, Eric believes in surrounding himself with teams of people who share his drive, philosophy and vision.
Eric is extremely passionate about promoting a better way to procure buildings using the knowledge and expertise he has gained.

Andrew Bish
Andrew has worked with Eric for over 10 years providing costing and management advice, contributing to the success of the Value Assembly approach.
Andrew qualified as a Chartered Quantity Surveyor in 1990 and received training in technical delivery and professionalism from John Cobb and Partners through to 1993.
In 1995 Andrew joined McBains Cooper and was promoted to Director in charge of the London Office Quantity Surveying and Health & Safety divisions. At McBains Cooper he specialised in the construction and engineering sectors dealing with: Residential, Commercial, Offices, Retail, Hotels, Health, Custodial, University, Airports, Rail and Ports.
