• Challenged the OJEU winning concept to add over 70 additional bedrooms by redesigning the strategy for the main cores.
• Identified opportunity to add 32 extra bedrooms within the same envelope and led negotiation with Fire Brigade.
• Directed architectural brief for the optimum layout and creative use of levels to ensure an extremely cost effective solution for the steeply sloping site.
